Sto. Domingo by its 26th decade(2009) shall continue to be peaceful, dynamic and leap for a vibrant and a self-sustaining economy in harmony with ecology where families of co- ohesive, hospitable and God-loving people live in a most livable community with people's participation, social justice and effective and responsive local governance as guiding principles.

Mission

Provision for adequate, responsive and timely services mechanism and facilities to ensure our constituents to live in content, prosperity and peace through active people's participation in collaboration with POs and NGOs and a dedicated corps of public servant in a graft-free bureaucracy.
